Welcome to the blackprint.photo/edition terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from our online-shop. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
2.Purchase of Order
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged. Buying in our webshop you agree to fil in your true data an the rightfull adress. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: The product ordered being unavailable from stock, Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment, the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Prices are listed in Swiss franc. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change.
3.Price
The prices shown on our website are in Swiss francs, include any VAT (or similar sales taxes) at the prevailing rate of which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will be shown during the checkout process.
We charge you for your order in Swiss francs. If any duty is payable, you will be liable for it. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefor you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

6. Shipping
There are no delivery charges for goods sent to Switzerland and Lichtenstein. To all other destinations shipping costs as indicated on the order form. Your country os not on the list? Please contact us directly editionatblackprint.photo
Depending on destination country shipping period may vary.Your order may be delivered by either your local postal service or by a courier. Blackprint is not responsible for the for the postal or courier service. In case that the package arrives in damaged condition it is the obligation of the buyer on receipt of goods to immediately inform the carrier/postal service and complain. All complains which concern delivery ore shipping must be reported to blackprint within 3 days.Thank you for your help. Your order will be sent to the delivery adress you have provided which is part of the purchase of order.
7. Claim
If you have any complaint concerning your delivered goods, we kindly ask you to write an email immediately to edition@blackprint.photo or until 3 days of receipt. After 3 days of receipt the goods count accepted and in perfect condition.
8.Title Retention
Any items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment.
9.Privacy Policy
We are comitted to maintaining your privacy. We do not share your information with others or sell your information. Buying in our webshop you may create a client account. Therefore you information as name, surname, address and email are saved. We do not pass on your information.
10. Returns
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition and original packaging by post within 14 days of receipt. You are required to return unwanted orders by post at your own cost. Excluded are special orders. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment
11. General
We may change this terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.
